Guy Peri leads Procter & Gamble’s enterprise data strategy to enable strategic/operational insights and new business models. He also has responsibility for P&G’s data science team which applies advanced analytics against P&G’s largest business opportunities across marketing, sales, eBusiness, product innovation and supply chain. In previous roles, Guy led P&Gs global analytics organization responsible for serving as objective / trusted advisors (through application of data / analytics) for all of P&G’s business unit leaders, Customer teams, Vice-Chairs, and CEO. He led its transformation as part of an industry-leading Business Intelligence / Analytics journey. Under his leadership, P&G received the first-ever Leadership in Analytics Award by The International Institute of Analytics. His teams have also been recognized with CIO 100 Awards in 2010, 2011, and 2012. In 2013, Harvard Business School added P&G-based case study to their analytics’ curriculum.
Guy is actively involved in community and professional boards and believes that leadership is about serving others to achieve their full potential. His international experience in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia has taught him the power of diversity as a strategy. He believes in humble confidence, team work, priority/results focus and accountability.
