The area of Education in Engineering and Social Sciences of the congress IESTEC VIII 2022 is seen as a wide space of exchange and debate of ideas on educational and social phenomena that arise from the complex interaction Technology-Science-Society in the current world.

In this sense, all the works that contribute to a better understanding of these phenomena are welcome, certainly sharpened by the COVID-19 pandemic in which we are immersed, as well as those documenting efforts to provide innovative and sustainable alternatives to various educational and social problems.
